Magda Apartments are located in Gibson Bight, just east from West End. These gated apartments are set back off the main road, nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood, surrounded by natural foliage.

There are 2 buildings with a total of 9 two bedroom apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished with a private washing machine on the patio/balcony.

All apartments have private entrances and include a large living room area with a comfortable sofa and chairs, a TV with Cable. The kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and table and chairs,. Each of the 2 large bedrooms has a double bed, a wardrobe and an A/C unit. The large bathroom is conveniently located for access from all rooms. Each apartment has hot water showers and there is plenty of space for parking within the gated area.

The apartments are available by the week, or month.
$400 per week (Plus $200 Security Deposit) includes Electric, Water, Internet and Cable TV.
$600 per month (Plus $600 Security Deposit)for longer rental periods.
With Monthly Rental, Internet & Cleaning once per week is included.
The tenant will pay for the apartment's usage of Electric, Water and Cable TV. There are meters for each apartment.
